Students, Stress and Health

I suffered with stress whilst I was studying at university. I was very worried about the financial side of things. I was stressed about materials, travel, tuition fees and deadline. It got quite bad at one stage I thought I suffered with Anxiety, which is often triggered by stress. I had a habit of always telling my selves the worst will happen. I spoke to my tutors and they were very helpful and understanding. Have you had a similar experience? What did you do? What advice could you give others?
